Class Schedule

Waterfront Health Studio offers a wide range of studio classes that cater for people of all age and fitness levels. Our experienced team of clinicians and instructors are committed to working with you to help you achieve your unique goals.

xtend-barre

Whether you are recovering from an injury, wanting to improve your posture, needing to improve strength or flexibility, or simply wanting a cardiovascular workout we can tailor a program to suit your needs. All Clinical Pilates sessions have a maximum of four participants, and all other class numbers are kept small to ensure a personalised approach to your exercise program. It also enables your instructor to ensure that you are doing the workout correctly.

Please bring a pair of socks to all classes; Pilates socks and Xtend Barre socks are available for purchase at Reception within Waterfront Health Studio.

All classes at Waterfront Heath Studio require a prior booking. We recommend booking your classes well in advance to avoid missing out.

Cancellation/non-attendance fee: a minimum of 24 hour notice is required if unable to attend your session. A fee of $15 will be charged to your account for non-attendance.
