Physio Chi

Physio Chi is a different approach to exercise which incorporates the best of traditional Tai Chi along with therapeutic exercise principles.

Physio Chi can only be taught by specifically trained and registered physiotherapists.

Physio Chi is a gentle, yet challenging exercise programme and most importantly, is a lot of fun! It does not involve pivoting or twisting on the feet or require prolonged knee flexion (bent knees) so is suitable for those with arthritis in the feet, knees and/ or hips.

What are the benefits of Physio Chi?

What to wear/ bring:

Wear loose comfortable clothing to exercise in. Please ensure you have safe and sensible footwear for exercise (eg. sneakers) – no thongs, heels or scuffs.

Please bring a drink bottle of water and your smile!

All classes at Waterfront Heath Studio require a prior booking. We recommend booking your classes well in advance to avoid missing out.

Cancellation/non-attendance fee: a minimum of 12 hours notice is required if unable to attend your session. A fee of $15 will be charged to your account for non-attendance.
