Reformer Pilates

The Reformer classes at Waterfront Health Studio are a fun, dynamic whole body workout involving a varied repertoire of exercises led by Pilates trained Physiotherapists on our Allegro 2 reformers.

The use of resistance in the form of springs builds overall strength (and stability), without excess bulk, and also provides a great cardio workout. Waterfront Health Studio Reformer Pilates
