The Reformer classes at Waterfront Health Studio are a fun, dynamic whole body workout involving a varied repertoire of exercises led by Pilates trained Physiotherapists on our Allegro 2 reformers.
L1 – A Reformer class focusing on essential principles and techniques.
L2 – A Reformer class to challenge your strength & stability with more advanced modifications.
L3 – A Reformer class using high level progressions to further build strength and stability for those experienced in Pilates.
Running Reformer – A Reformer class aimed at runners of all levels; focusing on running specific strength, core stability and injury prevention.
Reformer Mums – A Reformer class focusing on body awareness, core stability and strength exercises specifically targeted to women post-natal in a safe environment with other mums and bubs. Attending a minimum of 6 Mumilates mat classes is recommended prior to commencing Reformer Mums.
Classes are run with a maximum of 7 participants to ensure a high level of supervision and technique.

*Please note classes are not for people seeking an individualized program or who have a current injury or acute pathology.
*Private health rebates may also be available under exercise therapy (560). However, you will be required to undertake a Physiotherapy assessment prior to beginning classes and then you will need to undertake regular reviews every 3 months with your Physiotherapist to continue to claim.
Please bring a pair of socks to all classes; Pilates socks and Xtend Barre socks are available for purchase at Reception within Waterfront Health Studio.
All classes at Waterfront Heath Studio require a prior booking. We recommend booking your classes well in advance to avoid missing out.
Cancellation/non-attendance fee: a minimum of 12 hours notice is required if unable to attend your session. A fee of $15 will be charged to your account for non-attendance.
