*Please note : Private health rebates may be available for classes under exercise therapy (560/561). However, you will be required to undertake a physiotherapy assessment prior to beginning classes and you will then need to undertake regular reviews every 3 months with your physiotherapist to continue to claim.

Cancellation/non-attendance fee: a minimum of 12 hours notice is required if unable to attend your session. A fee of $15 will be charged to your account for non-attendance.
